lesson policies

  • If a lesson cannot be attended, 24 hours notice must be given via email or spoken confirmation. If a lesson is cancelled within this time frame, the student will be charged for the lesson.

  • All payments must be received at least 24 hours before the lesson. If payment is not received the lesson will be cancelled.

  • I will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for students to show up for a lesson. If the lateness is not communicated and the student does not show up within this period, the lesson will be cancelled and charged.

  • Weekly time slots will be held for students attending weekly or bi-weekly. Any less frequent attendance and your spot is not held and availability is not guaranteed on any given week. Additionally, all packages must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase or the lessons within expire.

  • Any student who refers my teaching services to another student will receive 25% off their next lesson package! The new student must purchase a minimum of one 4 lesson package.
