  • Life happens, but please note that any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson will be charged in full, regardless of the reason. This keeps things fair and ensures I can offer your time slot to another student if needed.

  • For first-time students, payment must be received before your time slot is confirmed on my calendar. Zoom links are sent once payment is received.

    For returning students, lesson packages must be renewed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled session to hold your spot; otherwise, the lesson will be cancelled.

  • If you’re running late, please send me a quick email. I’ll wait up to 10 minutes for you to arrive. If there’s no communication after 10 minutes, the lesson will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

    Please note that any missed time is forfeited. Our lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next student’s session.

  • Weekly time slots are reserved for students attending lessons on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Students purchasing single lessons, or attending lessons irregularly, are not guaranteed a recurring spot in my schedule and are subject to availability.

  • 4-lesson packages must be used within 2 months of purchase.
    8-lesson packages must be used within 4 months of purchase.
    All lessons and packages are non-refundable.

  • Any student who refers my teaching services to another student will receive 25% off their next lesson package! The new student must purchase a minimum of one 4 lesson package.
